Buckland Hall is owned and managed through the Buckland Community Centre Incorporated Society (BCCI)
The constitution which had remained unchanged since 1922 was updated on the following dates:

The BCCI Committee meetings are usually held on the 1st Monday of each month (excl public holidays) providing the date is after the 5th, otherwise the 2nd Monday, in the Rear Hall from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm
