Buckland Hall is owned and managed through the Buckland Community Centre Incorporated Society (BCCI)
The constitution which had remained unchanged since 1922 was updated in May 2023

The BCCI Committee meetings are usually held on the 1st Monday of each month (excl public holidays) providing the date is after the 5th, otherwise the 2nd Monday, in the Rear Hall from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm

The BCCI financial year runs from 1 May to 30 April. The AGM for the year 2024-2025 will be held on Monday 19 May at 7.00 pm in the Rear Hall.
The BCCI Committee (minimum 10 required) will be elected at the AGM and nominations are now open and close on Friday 6th May.
