Book Buckland Hall - Rear Hall Only

If you would like to book the Rear Hall please use the availability calendar and booking form below.

Please note the following:

Hireage of the Rear Hall includes exclusive use of the kitchen.
Toilets are located at the front of the hall and are shared with those hiring the Front Hall at the same time.
Consumption of alcohol, the playing of loud music, or use of the stage are NOT included when ONLY the rear hall is hired.

Payment Terms

A $50 Booking Fee is payable in order for your booking to be processed
An invoice will be raised (less $50 booking fee)
50% deposit is payable within 3 working days of the invoice
Balance payable on or before one month before the function. Bookings within one month of the function, 100% payment is due immediately.
If the full and final payment is not received the booking will be considered cancelled
Payment is to be made by direct bank transfer into the bank account notified on the invoice
Payment of the deposit confirms your acceptance of booking cost & Buckland Hall Terms & Conditions of Hire
