If you would like to book the Rear Hall please use the availability calendar and booking form below.
Please note the following:
- Hireage of the Rear Hall includes exclusive use of the kitchen.
- Toilets are located at the front of the hall and are shared with those hiring the Front Hall at the same time.
- Consumption of alcohol, the playing of loud music, or use of the stage are NOT included when ONLY the rear hall is hired.
Payment Terms
- A $50 Booking Fee is payable in order for your booking to be processed
- An invoice will be raised (less $50 booking fee)
- 50% deposit is payable within 3 working days of the invoice
- Balance payable on or before one month before the function. Bookings within one month of the function, 100% payment is due immediately.
- If the full and final payment is not received the booking will be considered cancelled
- Payment is to be made by direct bank transfer into the bank account notified on the invoice
- Payment of the deposit confirms your acceptance of booking cost & Buckland Hall Terms & Conditions of Hire
