Book Buckland Hall: Exclusive Use Full Hall

If you would like to book the Exclusive Use of Buckland Hall including both the Front and Rear Halls, Kitchen and Stage, please use the Availability Calendar and Booking Form below.

There are two booking forms:

1) Hire on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays; and

2) Hire on a Saturday

Please make sure you select the correct booking form

Please note: Any event involving the consumption of alcohol or playing loud music must hire the Exclusive Use of Buckland Hall.

Payment Terms

A $50 Booking Fee is payable in order for your booking to be processed
An invoice will be raised (less $50 booking fee)
50% deposit is payable within 3 working days of the invoice
Balance payable on or before one month before the function. Bookings within one month of the function, 100% payment is due immediately.
If the full and final payment is not received the booking will be considered cancelled
Payment is to be made by direct bank transfer into the bank account notified on the invoice
Payment of the deposit confirms your acceptance of booking cost & Buckland Hall Terms & Conditions of hire
